Prepare

• Store ZAVZPRET at room temperature (68°F-77°F)*
• Remove one package from carton and check expiration date (throw away if expired)
• Peel open package to remove device and check its expiration date (throw away if expired)

Spray

• Gently blow your nose
• Grip the device with your thumb on the bottom of the plunger and 2 fingers on either side of the nozzle (do not press yet)
• Close one nostril with your free hand and breathe through your mouth
• Keep your head upright and level
• Insert nozzle into your open nostril and slowly breathe in through your nose as you firmly press the plunger up with your thumb to release the spray
• Do not let the nozzle come out when pressing the plunger

Remove and dispose

• Remove device and keep head level for 20 seconds
• Remove device from your nostril. Gently breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth for 10-20 seconds
• Throw away device
