You’re here because of migraine. I know how difficult that can be, so. I’ll keep this short and sweet.

First things first, grab a tissue and clear your nose.

OK, you’re ready for ZAVZPRET. Remove one blister pack.

Be sure to check the expiration date on the blister pack.

Remove one device from the blister pack.

And check the expiration date on the device.

Now don’t press anything just yet.

Hold the device upright with your thumb on the bottom and two fingers on either side of the nozzle, like I am. Remember, we’re not pressing the plunger yet.

With your other hand, gently press and close one of your nostrils. Continue breathing normally through your mouth.

Insert the nozzle into the open nostril as much as you comfortably can.

Be sure to keep your head level and upright and close your mouth.

Slowly breathe in through your nose as you firmly press the plunger up with your thumb to release the spray.

Just one spray in one nostril.

Have your head level and upright. Once all the spray is released, remove your finger and the device from your nostril.

Great, you’re almost done.

Now, relax, keep your head level, and gently breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth for 10-20 seconds.

If you feel a drip from your nose, that’s okay.

Gently sniff so you don’t lose any of the medication.

Well, that’s ZAVZPRET–just one spray in one nostril. All that’s left to do is discard the used device in the trash.

I’ll let you go now. If you need anything else, you know where to find us. Feel better soon.
